The year 2011 has been a lot of fun, but very indulgent. 2012 is going to be the start of some lifestyle and dietary changes for all three of us. Donna has already done a lot of the hard yards by losing around 20kg in the last 18 months, but it's the last 10-15kg which is going to be the hardest to shift. Both Brad and Shell were 12-15kg lighter two years ago, but all that wining and dining that went on in the beginning of their relationship has taken it's toll on their bodies.
Our weight loss and fitness goals for the next 6 weeks are:
Brad- 6-7kg loss and doing some sort of exercise 5 times per week
Shell- 6-7kg loss and exercise 5 days per week
Donna- 5kg loss and fitting into size 12 clothes
We will be checking in weekly to record our weight loss and measurements. Wish us luck!
